Staff stories

I couldn't resist taking a photograph of Emmanuel noting down the serial numbers of Dell toner cartridges as I was going home. We have an internal procedure where we always record serial numbers for inventory keeping as well as for any potential issues of theft or misplacement that might arise in the future after they have been supplied!

Emmanuel is an extremely hard working fellow who actually started out as a janitor in our office. Emmanuel has been promoted to a junior administrative assistant who now does banking for us, deliveries of supplies and important company documentation, and oversees office maintenance. Emmanuel stammers a bit but it is improving over time!

Best of all, he always smiles.

How did we find Emmanuel? His mother was working as a housekeeper at our neighbours.

It feels good to be write what I would like to call "Staff stories" and aim to do more of in the future.

Feedback on our blog

NATC started a blog back in 2010.

The objective of the "Notes on an IT Company" blog is to be a commentary and online-diary of our company. We want to chart our progress, our successes and day-to-day challenges of an IT company in Liberia. The tone of the posts should be nerdy as possible. We want to come across as a group that is very passionate about delivering quality IT services in a challenging environment in Liberia. We are not afraid to talk about challenges and difficulties, either.

We have published 101 posts until now.

My question to our readers is this: do you think our blog is fulfilling its objective as stated above? Do you have comments and suggestions? We would love to hear them.
